You can delete your SmileX Design account directly from within the App through the account settings. You may also request account deletion by contacting us using the details below.
Account Deletion Options
You can delete your account using one of the following methods:
- From within the App through the account settings
- Email: smilxdesign@gmail.com
- WhatsApp: +967784050448
If you contact us to request deletion, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your SmileX account
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
What happens next
If you delete your account directly from within the App, the deletion process will be performed from the App.
If you request deletion through customer support, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
Subscription Notice
Deleting your SmileX account does not automatically cancel any active subscription.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your store account settings.
What data will be deleted
Deleting your account from within the App will remove account-related data and will permanently remove all locally stored data on the device, including images, database, and saved files.
If your deletion request is processed through customer support, we will delete or deactivate your SmileX account and associated account data, except where retention is required by law, for security purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal obligations.
Important note about local device data
Patient data, images, smile designs, and PDF reports are stored locally on your device.
Deleting your account from within the App will permanently remove all locally stored data on the device, including images, database, and saved files.
This action is irreversible, and we are not responsible for recovering any deleted data.
